Grips with or without holes?

Fingerless grips (without holes)

This type of grip is what we call fingerless, they come without holes to hold your fingers in. It is definitely this type that we sell the most here in the shop, which is why we also recommend this type for 85 % of our customers. The shape allows you to switch quickly between using the protection and having your hands free for e.g. to do double unders or weight lifting.

2 & 3 hole grips (With holes)

This type of shape is especially popular among beginners, where the primary purpose is to protect the palms and not so much to optimize your grip strength. That's why we have some selected models where you will see 2 or 3 holes at the front of the model, these are for repositioning your fingers, so that you have full protection for your palms during the entire training.
