PRICES

In the event of delays, backorders or sold-out items, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible and what we can do about it - for example, give you a refund or help you find a similar item elsewhere.

PAYMENT

Arox fitness accepts payment by VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Mobilepay. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item is dispatched. All amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and incl. VAT.

We accept payment with Anyday.
The amount will only be charged to your card when the item is shipped.
When you choose to pay with Anyday, the first payment will be deducted when the item is shipped. Then you will pay your monthly instalment on the last working day of the coming month, and three months ahead.
No fees or interest will be applied to your purchase, provided you pay on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically terminate.

DELIVERY

arox fitness aims to dispatch orders received by 2pm on the same day, orders thereafter will be dispatched the next working day.
We ship to all of Denmark. Shipping costs 35 DKK to parcel shops. Shipping to door costs 49 DKK.
We do not deliver to foreign countries (including the Faroe Islands and Greenland).
Your goods can be sent by Fedex, ups, dhl, PostNord, DAO, Bring or GLS.

NOTE: If there is no space at the delivery point, your package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.
Goods are delivered every weekday. Your item will be delivered 1-2 working days after ordering.

WARRANTY

There is a 2 year warranty according to the purchase law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or workmanship.
You can have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product/service. You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. If you complain within two months of discovering the defect, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The goods must always be returned in proper packaging. Please also remember to obtain a receipt of dispatch so that we can reimburse your freight costs.

RETURN POLICY FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS

In connection with holidays and special promotions such as Christmas, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc., we have extended the period for the right of withdrawal. This means that goods purchased between 1.11.21 and 31.12.21 can be returned empty. Please note that the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

With the extended right of withdrawal, it is not possible to open and try your item, where this is normally an option. If the package has been opened and tested, the normal 14-day withdrawal period applies.

REFUSAL

In case of a refund, please include the order number and bank details in the form of a reg. no. and account no. so that the agreed amount can be transferred. The information can be provided safely by email or other electronic form as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for our fulfilment of the refund.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered separately, the period runs from the day you receive the last item.

This means that you have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase. You can send an email to support@aroxfitness.com or use the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of the terms and conditions.

You cannot cancel your purchase by refusing to accept the goods without notifying us at the same time.

RETURNS

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to return the goods to us.

You must pay for the return of the package and you will be liable if any damage occurs during transit. This means that you bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery until we receive them back.

When you return, you are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packed. To facilitate the handling time, please enclose a copy of the order confirmation in the package and a note describing whether you want an exchange for e.g. another size or colour, or whether you want a refund

If you wish to return the item to us, we can assist with the label and we will then credit the freight cost towards your refund of the purchase price.

You cannot withdraw by simply refusing to accept the goods without giving clear notice.

CONDITION OF GOODS ON RETURN

You are liable only for any deterioration in the value of the goods caused by handling other than that necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the item as if you were trying it in a physical store.

If the item is tried beyond what is described above, it is considered used. This means that if you cancel your purchase, you will only get part or none of the purchase price back, depending on the commercial value of the goods at the time of receipt - of the return.

In order to receive a full refund, you must test the product without actually using it.

REFUND

If you regret your purchase, you will of course be refunded the amount you paid to us. In the event of depreciation for which you are responsible, this will be deducted from the purchase price. When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest form of standard delivery offered by us), will be refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return by then.

HOW TO COMPLAIN

A complaint about a product or service can be submitted to the Centre for Complaints Resolution, Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg.

You can complain to the Centre for Complaints Resolution via the Complaints Portal of the House of Representatives.

PRIVACY POLICY

We need the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number and email address.

We record and disclose the personal data that is necessary to deliver the goods to you.

The personal information is registered at Sai fitness ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

In addition, we cooperate with a number of other companies that store and process data. These companies process data solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide your data with adequate protection.

If you believe that the information is inaccurate, you have the right to have it corrected. In some cases, we are obliged to delete your personal data if you request it.
